For the past 20 years, Dr. Pablo Cuevas has distinguished himself as a Prosthodontic Specialist. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa, ranked as one of the top five dental schools in the country. He completed 3 years of post graduate Prosthodontic training as an American Cancer Society Fellow at the University of Iowa, Hospital and Clinics Department of Otolaryngology, consistently ranked by US World News as number one in the nation.
After this academic training, Dr. Cuevas then became a full-time tenure track Professor at the Nationally ranked University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he pursued research interests and published articles in the field of Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Cuevas is committed to lifelong education and professional development through continuing education – both for himself and as well as his staff members. He generally receives over 100 hours per year. Most of this training revolves around advancements in implant and cosmetic dentistry. He is the only cross trained specialist in Southern Connecticut allowing him to both place and restore dental implants at their highest level of function and aesthetics. He has helped thousands of patients achieve beautiful smiles again.
